Payment online can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Maestro/Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from All About Dementia. Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch. Refund Policy
All About Dementia is committed to selling high quality training and dementia products which we hope you will find useful in the care of people with dementia.
However if we cancel a course we will offer a full refund, if you cancel a delegate place on a course within 10 working days of the course then no refund will be given. A full refund will however be given if notification of cancellation is more than 10 working days before the date of the course. If you are not satisfied with any of our products you may return it unopened within 5 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Liability
The Company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
